Welcome to our FIRST Real Wedding Wednesday where we showcase a couple's wedding invitations + other items that we've had the pleasure of working on!
Our first RWW has to be dedicated to our 2018 couple of the year, Guido and Chad! Guido first came to us in mid 2017 for his August 4 2018 wedding. From the start, we hit it off and I was so super excited to make his dream a reality.
Designing the Invitation
Guido chose our Julietta suite, but wanted to glam it up by adding their monogram + some extra fanciness! We used his logo at the top of the invitation and printed the entire suite in our favorite Gold Leaf Champagne.
Next, we diecut and hot foil stamped their amazing logo on black paper and popped it onto a gold leaf glitter 2" wide band.
We brought the insert cards into the suite by using the same border shape around the itinerary and on part of the RSVP card.
The absolute most fun part of this wedding invitation for us, was adding a little bit of Guido + Chad throughout the suite, making it both modern and formal for their extravagant wedding! We finished this suite off by putting it in our extra large pocketfold, backing the inserts with glitter and sealing it up to make this perfect little package. We stuffed them into glitter lined envelopes and sent them on their happy way!
Coordinating Wedding Day Stationery
Once the invitations were all set, we had an absolute BLAST working with Guido on all of his wedding stationery needs. We were able to incorporate their logo into all of their pieces, including (clockwise from top left) place cards, table numbers, cocktail and dinner napkins, programs, gift bags, candy bar wrappers, so many stickers and labels, guest book, vow books, thank you cards and menus.
We also supplied other items (from top left) more stickers, place cards for their couple's shower, hotel bag inserts, rehearsal dinner invitations, shower invitations and table numbers for their shower!
Not pictured are the zillions of labels and stickers, signage, and more items. It took about a year to get all of Guido + Chad's beautiful details together, but WOW. This wedding is no doubt going down in history as one of the most over-the-top events of the year!
